How TOMICA ignition coils work
Tomica ignition coils use a high voltage to create a spark that ignites the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.
This spark is generated through a process called electromagnetic induction, which involves the coil's primary and secondary windings that are connected to the vehicle's battery and spark plug.
The ignition coil amplifies the low voltage from the battery and creates a high-voltage spark that can ignite the air-fuel mixture.
